Playing Fitzdares Masters Games

1. Choose your team

Pick 5 players & 1 reserve to create your team. Their cumulative prize money is your score.

Your reserve only comes into play if you are tied with other teams or one of your team drops out before the tournament begins. See full game rules below.

2. Enter

Pay £100 to enter each team. Enter four teams to get one free.

You can also earn free teams by referring your friends. For every three friends you refer to the game, you earn a free team.

3. Follow live

The game leaderboard updates in real-time so you always know your team’s position.

Favourite and follow your friends’ teams to see who will win the prizes.

It is important that you read and understand these Game Rules before playing the Fitzdares golf game for the Masters 2021 (Game). By taking part in the Game, you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to these Game Rules.

  1. You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to play the Game.
  2. It costs £10 for each team you enter.
  3. You must pick 5 players and 1 reserve to enter a team. Your reserve only comes into play in certain circumstances. Please see rules 11-14 below for more details on how the reserve works.
  4. You may enter a maximum of 20 teams, including paid and free teams. For every 4 teams you enter you will be rewarded a 5th team for free.
  5. You are competing to win a share of the ‘pool’ of money generated by the total entry fees minus our Commission (Prize Pool), as set out in the table at rule 10. See rule 17 for details on Commission.
  6. Your team’s score is calculated by the total ‘prize money’ your team wins. The breakdown for the ‘prize money’ is taken from the 2019 Masters and can be found here.
  7. If you finish in the top 25 scoring team(s) at the end of the Game, you will win a share of the Prize Pool in accordance with the table at rule 10. You also have the chance to win our daily prizes – see rule 10.
  8. To enter and play the Game we must receive your team selection(s) before 12pm on Thursday 8 April 2021.
  9. The Prize Pool is guaranteed to be a minimum of £50,000. The Prize Pool will increase as more people enter the Game. For example, if 2,000 people enter the Game and each buy 1 team, the Prize Pool will be £170,000 (taking into account the Commission – see clause 17).
  10. When the Game ends, the Prize Pool will be split as follows:

  • 3 Daily Prizes – 3% of the Prize Pool:
    1. ‘TREVOR IMMELMAN’ PRIZE – 0.25% of the Prize Pool
      150th position at close of play
      (Trevor was the biggest priced winner of the Masters @150/1)
    2. ‘AUGUSTA MEMBERS’ PRIZE – 0.25% of the Prize Pool
      300th position at close of play
      (Augusta National has 300 Members)
    3. ‘TRIPLE BOGEY’ PRIZE – 0.25% of the Prize Pool
      Third from last at close of play
    1. Reserve – for all prizes, your reserve comes into play if your team’s score is tied with one or more teams. The result is then decided on the highest finishing reserve player. If the reserve players are tied, dead heat rules apply. Dead heat rules mean we will divide the winnings proportionally between the number of tied winners for that position.
    2. If one of your players withdraws prior to the start of the tournament, you will be able to edit this pick until 12pm on Thursday 8 April 2021. If you do not make the change in time, we will automatically replace the withdrawn player with your reserve. You will then be allocated the highest World Ranked player competing in the tournament (who is not already in your team) as your reserve. If you have more than 1 player who withdraws in this scenario, we will repeat the steps above until you have 5 players and 1 reserve.
    3. If one of your players withdraws from the tournament prior to teeing off in the 1st round (even after the tournament has started), we will automatically replace the withdrawn player with your reserve. From here, the same rules at rule 12 apply.
    4. If your player withdraws after he has teed off in the 1st round, he will be treated as if he has missed the cut. Your reserve player does not take the withdrawn player’s place.
    5. Amateurs are scored for the purposes of the Game in the same way as professionals.
    6. If the tournament is shortened for any reason (e.g. bad weather), the result of the Game will be settled on the official PGA Tour result for the Masters (see https://www.pgatour.com/tournaments/masters-tournament.html).
    7. Commission – 15% of the total entry fees go to Fitzdares & Network Gaming.
    8. All payouts will be made via bank transfer or PayPal within 3 working days of the Game finishing.
    9. Network Gaming and their affiliates reserve the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Game where it becomes necessary to do so. We may also amend or withdraw any element of the Game for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, public health concern in relation to potential infection, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. Network Gaming and their affiliates, the programme producers and/or the promoter are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences.
