Promotions

­This ‘Half Price Buy-Back Offer’ (“Promotion”) is offered to you by Network Fantasy Holdings Limited (“Network Gaming”, “we” or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the Network Gaming Terms of Service & Game Rules.

1. This Promotion operates as a £5 cash reward added to your NG account’s wallet.
2. This Promotion only relates Game 1 Survivor for the 22/23 English Premier League Season (the “Game”).
3. To qualify for this Promotion, you must

• be invited via email from NG only;
• have purchased at least one entry to the Game;
• have lost at least one entry in Round 1 of the Game;
• purchase at least one Buy-Back in Round 2 of the Game.

4. The Promotion runs from 12:00 GMT on 01/08/2022 to 12:30 GMT on 13/08/2022 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To qualify for the £5 cash reward, you must purchase a Buy-Back entry for the Game before the deadline of 12:15pm on 13/08/22.
6. If you qualify for this Promotion, the cash reward will be added to your NG account’s wallet by 17/08/2022.
7. The Promotion is only available to: (a) Selected Fitzdares Fantasy Games customers who are already signed up to Network Gaming; (b) have a verified account; (c) UK residents; and (d) customers aged 18 years or over.
8. The maximum reward available per participant is £5 cash reward per each Buy-Back entry. For example, if you enter three entries in Round 1 but lose all three in Round 1, and then buy back on all three entries (costing you £30), you will receive up to a maximum of £15 as a cash reward. Therefore, the maximum amount a participant can receive is £15 (£5 x 3 Buy-Back entries).
9. In the event of any dispute regarding these promotion terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of Network Gaming shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Failure to comply with these promotion terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion.
10. Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Network Gaming may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person.
11. All withdrawals are subject to audit by Network Gaming. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.
12. The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, family, household, email address, IP, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).
13. In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, Network Gaming reserve the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.
14. Events may occur that result in Network Gaming extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of Network Gaming and accordingly the entrant agrees that Network Gaming shall have no liability as a result thereof.
15. Network Gaming may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents for due diligence purposes. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
16. The promoter of this Promotion is Network Fantasy Holdings Limited registered in England and Wales with company number 11759932 whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
17. Network Gaming’s Terms of Service and Game rules In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the Terms of Service and/or Game Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Service, (b) Game Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
